Michael J. Marshall is a native of Macon, Georgia with strong ties to the community. He attended undergraduate and Law School at Mercer University. After graduating Law School he married his wife who also grew up in Macon and they decided to make Macon their home. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. If time permits, he also enjoys going hunting, fishing and spending time in the outdoors. He supports several conservation organizations that promote the preservation of wildlife and its habitat for future generations.

Mike Marshall has practiced law in Macon for almost his entire legal career with the exception of the first few years after graduating law school. He was formerly a partner in the Macon law firm of Donner & Marshall, LLP from 2002-2009. In 2010 he formed Michael J. Marshall, LLC, and his clients and practice have remained largely unchanged. He is committed to providing quality legal representation to businesses and individuals. His practice is comprised largely of civil litigation representing corporations, financial institutions and individuals in various legal matters in State and Federal Courts. In addition to the foregoing, he also advocates the rights of creditor's in Bankruptcy Courts.
